What It’s Like to Work With Iz
Before the Event
Planning an event takes a lot of moving parts—I make sure I’m not one of the stressful ones. I’ll partner with you early to understand your audience, goals, and the culture you’re building. From customizing the keynote content to joining prep calls, I’m invested in making sure my message lands and ties into your overall event objectives.
During the Event
When I step on stage, I’m there to do more than deliver a talk—I’m there to create an experience. My sessions are engaging, interactive, and rooted in storytelling that resonates. But my role doesn’t stop at the microphone. I make myself accessible to attendees for conversations, pictures, Q&A, and authentic connection. Whether it’s joining a VIP lunch, participating in a breakout, or simply being present in the hallway, I want people to feel they’ve truly met me—not just seen me speak.
After the Event
A keynote doesn’t end when the applause does. I’m available for follow-up conversations to reinforce key messages, provide additional resources, or help you carry the momentum forward. Many clients choose to extend the impact with post-event reflections, Q&A sessions, or short video recaps for their teams. My goal is to ensure the message keeps working long after the event is over.

Do You Have 8 Minutes? The Power of Connection in a Disconnected World
In today’s fast-paced workplaces, people are more connected than ever, and yet more exhausted, isolated, and disengaged. Leaders want to support their teams but often feel they don’t have the time or the right words. In this powerful keynote, Iz introduces a simple, proven idea: meaningful connection doesn’t require more time, just more intention. Through compelling stories and a practical connection framework, he shows how small, focused moments can build trust, reduce stress, and strengthen culture in ways that ripple across teams. Audiences leave with clear, actionable strategies they can use immediately to create environments where people feel seen, supported, and motivated to do their best work.
The Cost of Silence: Leading the Conversations That Shape Culture
Silence is often mistaken for harmony, but in today’s workplaces it is one of the most expensive leadership habits. When leaders avoid hard conversations, issues do not disappear. They go underground, showing up as disengagement, eroded trust, and stalled performance. In this timely and compelling keynote, Iz helps leaders understand what silence is really costing their teams and their culture.
Through powerful storytelling, relatable examples, and a practical conversation framework, Iz shows how leaders can recognize the moments that matter most and approach them with clarity and confidence. Audiences learn how to navigate high-stakes conversations without escalating conflict, address issues before they become entrenched, and create environments where people feel safe to speak up and take responsibility. Leaders leave with tools they can use immediately to strengthen trust, reinforce accountability, and shape culture one conversation at a time.
The Courage Advantage: Why Vulnerable Leaders Win
Today’s leaders are under pressure to project confidence, certainty, and control often at the expense of trust and connection. Yet the leaders who create the strongest teams aren’t the ones with all the answers; they’re the ones with the courage to lead authentically. In this compelling keynote, Iz reframes vulnerability as a strategic leadership advantage, showing how openness, when practiced with intention, builds trust, unlocks innovation, and strengthens performance. Through powerful stories and practical tools, audiences learn how to lead with clarity and confidence, foster loyalty without oversharing, and create cultures where people are willing to speak up, take risks, and do their best work.
Rise Up Under Pressure: The Mindset Leaders Need Now
Today’s leaders are navigating constant change, higher expectations, and relentless pressure. The challenge is not avoiding setbacks, but responding to them in ways that build confidence, clarity, and momentum for their teams. In this energizing keynote, Iz reframes growth mindset as a practical leadership tool for times of uncertainty. Through real-world examples and actionable strategies, he helps leaders strengthen resilience, model adaptability, and turn challenges into opportunities for learning and progress. Audiences leave with practical ways to lead through pressure with steadiness and purpose, even when the path forward is not fully defined.
Frustrated, Frazzled, & Fed-Up: Leading Through Resistance and Culture Fatigue
Culture efforts rarely stall because people do not care. They stall when fear, exhaustion, and unspoken resistance are left unaddressed. In this candid and energizing keynote, Iz helps leaders make sense of the tension beneath the surface and understand why even well-intentioned efforts can lose momentum. Through humor, real-world stories, and practical strategy, he offers a clear roadmap for navigating resistance with confidence rather than avoidance. Audiences learn how to rebuild trust, reengage teams, and restore shared ownership so culture work feels sustainable instead of draining.
